    Since announcing Norway’s Women’s Health Strategy in 2024, we remain committed to strengthening policies that close healthcare gaps and ensure workplaces prioritize women’s health. I am honored to deliver the keynote at this important event. We are dedicated to continuing the dialogue with the private sector and society to drive meaningful progress in women’s health, both in the workplace and beyond.

    Emma started her career in journalism for titles such as the London Evening Standard & Vogue working across fashion, health, beauty & lifestyle. Developing an interest for global business and brand development through media exposure and comms led Emma into the world of Comms and Marketing. 
    After a short spell working for other agencies Emma founded Push PR Ltd in 2002 and her first client was Louis Vuitton. This led to a rapid growth business which she ran for 20 years with over 40 employees and partners in the US, Asia, Australia and the UAE. In 2022 due to personal circumstances Emma stepped away from the business. Emma is now an independent personal and professional growth consultant working with individuals and organisations to amplify themselves, their business, their health, wealth and ultimately life. Co-founder of Your Health Our Wealth, Emma is passionate about bringing female health and the importance of looking after ourselves to the forefront of conversation and supporting both individuals and companies to prioritise

    Torild Boe Stokes is a CPD-accredited menopause coach, speaker, and co-founder of the Your Health, Our Wealth series. With over 25 years of experience in London’s corporate world and a deeply personal journey through perimenopause while navigating a separation and raising three young boys, Torild is dedicated to advancing menopause awareness and practical workplace solutions. Through coaching, workshops, and talks, she helps women regain energy, confidence, and clarity while guiding organizations to support female health as a strategic priority.

    Sam, NEEMEA HR lead at The Adecco Group, oversees HR for 19 countries, championing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and earning the Chairman’s Award. She fosters an inclusive culture and leads HR for Adecco, LHH, and Akkodis. Known for her data-driven strategies, Sam delivers impactful people solutions and previously specialized in transformation and organizational change across sectors.
